WHY CHALLENGE YOUR TRAFFIC TICKET?

DON'T RISK PAYING UP TO $2,000 - AFFORDABLE REPRESENTATION FROM $175/$375

  • A seemingly minor 71/50 Bronx speeding ticket with a $203 fine can cost you more than you realize.
  • With 6 points added to your license, you'll face an extra $300 driver assessment, totaling $503.
  • Your insurance may skyrocket for 3 years, adding hundreds or even thousands of dollars to your expenses.
  • Accumulating 11 points within 18 months could lead to license suspension.
  • Don't underestimate the true impact of your ticket - it's like an iceberg, much larger than it seems!
  • If you don't challenge your ticket, you can't win or reduce points. Protect your driving privileges by partnering with an experienced attorney.
  • Trust a Harvard lawyer with 25 years of experience battling tickets in the Bronx

DMV recommends that you answer your ticket within 15 days!

Bronx Representation Charges

  • $175 for violations up to 10 points such as disobey traffic device, improper turn, u-turns, red light, stop sign, child seatbelt, cellphone, passing a school bus, speeds (of 3 to 8 points), or a combination of tickets resulting in up to 10 points on the same hearing session. For example, if an officer gives you a 3 point red light and a 3 point stop sign, you would get a single hearing date to fight these tickets totaling 6 points-- my representation fee would be $175 since the points total 10 points or less. If officer #1 gives you a 3 point red light ticket and then officer #2 gives you a 3 point stop sign ticket, then this means you would have 2 separate appointments and I would charge you $175 per ticket to fight the 2 tickets on 2 separate appearance dates or a total of $350.

  • $525 for violations 11 points and over such as a high speed of 41+ over which results in 11 points or a combination of other summonses resulting in over 11 points on the same hearing session. For example, if an officer gives you an 8 point speed along with a 3 point stop sign, you would get a single hearing date to fight these tickets totaling 11 points-- my representation fee would be $525 since the points total 11 points or more on the appearance date. If officer #1 gives you an 8 point speeding ticket and then officer #2 gives you a 3 point stop sign ticket, then this means you would have 2 separate appointments and I would charge you $175 to fight the speeding ticket and $175 to fight the stop sign ticket on the 2 separate appearance dates or a total of $350.

  • $0 FREE/Pro Bono for violations such as an adult not wearing a seat-belt. This category does not include equipment violations for Trucks. This special offer is available only if I am available at the time of your hearing (black out periods apply to when I'm on vacation or not at the TVB traffic court).

  • $ EXTRA Charges Optional Enhanced reschedules (available at payment check-out). If police officer or dmv reschedules, I don't charge you extra. Cost of appealing your case, if lost, is not covered by fees shown above.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Clients pay for legal representation at your scheduled hearing in the Bronx-- not a guarantee of winning. Like any trial, the outcome is never known until the Administrative Law Judge renders a decision.
