Privacy Policy for Visitors

Just to make sure that you are aware of what happens when you visit my website here are the 3 basic things to keep in mind:

  1. I don't sell or give away your name, mail address, phone number, email address, credit card number or any other information to anyone else.
  2. I use Google Analytics and Clicky.com analytics to track which areas of my website you like and don't like based on traffic to those areas.  Using aggregate information about visitors, I try to improve my website experience. When I use Google Analytics and Adwords, it means that I can use conversion tracking (helps me figure out if an advertisement works: you saw an ad and clicked on it and paid me) and re-marketing where if you visit my site, you might see advertisements on future dates based on your past visits. On all this information, I really don't know your name, it is based on anonymous visitor information that Google collects in Analytics and Adwords.
  3. If you use "Da Express Contact Form" and "Click to RSVP Phone Consultation & Email" to contact me, I'll only use the information to respond back to you and again won't sell or give away any private information you disclose to me.  Your information is used just to review your case details and evaluate how best to represent you if you decide to hire me as your attorney. I have enough trouble doing my laundry and updating my apps on my cellphone to be sending you future emails, newsletters, and emails to fill up your email box -- trust me, I won't.
